The Big Picture
The over all goal is simple, to create a product that will capture your audience to earn you more business. A website is a tool and, as we all know, there are effective tools and then there are those that stay in the tool box that are never touched. Like most tools, they can be a bit pricy so it is up to you to figure out what price range is most effective for you.
Some questions that you need to ask yourself are:
- Do I have a domain?
- Do I have a host?
- Do I want to maintain my own site?
- Do I want to post my own material?
- Do I have social media setup (facebook, twitter, etc…)?
- Do I have a logo ready to go?
- Do I have a color scheme in mind?
These are all very important questions that I can help you with so there is no need to panic. Let’s just take it a step at a time. Now depending on what the goal of your website is, I can help you learn the background so you can take care of most of it yourself. Taking care of a website can sound pretty intimidating, however, with the use of platforms like WordPress and Joomla it makes it much more simple than one may think.
Websites can range from $300 all the way up to $5000+ depending on the size of the site you are looking for. I am not here to gouge you, I am here to make you successful.
